Due to the customized and digital nature of web design and development services, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness to both our clients and our creative team.
Once the initial design mockups are approved and the development phase has begun, refunds are not generally issued. The initial deposit secures your slot in our schedule and covers the discovery and initial design phases.
If you choose to cancel your project before any design work or coding has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of your deposit, minus a small processing/consultation fee.
Any costs explicitly allocated to third-party services such as Domain Registration or Server Hosting cannot be refunded once they are purchased on your behalf.
